Shipping:

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday evening, weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days, provided your shipping address has been verified and all items are in stock. Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

Standard shipping times are typically 1–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Return / Cancellation Policy:

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your YouTopo purchase.

    If something isn’t right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to help with return or exchange information.

    Because our items are carefully packed, damage during shipping is rare. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

    If your order arrived in good condition but you’d like to return or exchange it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in undamaged condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

    Please note that many of our items are upcycled and produced in limited quantities, so exchanges are subject to availability.
